Hi fellow bread lovers ! I'm Tashmere, a mama to two amazing girls, the namesakes of this baby business of mine. I had no idea that my mothering journey would have led me here. My desire to create healthy store alternatives for my family has evolved into baking hundreds of loaves a week for my community. As my family has transitioned from Maui to Big Island I am deeply honored to continue to show up for this new community and see where Sage and Sol takes me.

At Sage & Sol , we pride ourselves on using high quality ingredients, like organic unbleached flours, grass-fed butters and sea salts. We focus on sourcing locally for our specialty loaves like butterfly pea flower when we can ! As our breads and pastries are made without preservatives we recommend consuming within 3 days or freezing for freshness and longevity.
